Man Utd Transfer News: Chiefs outline Pogba plan, Real Madrid request, £25m green light

Manchester United have delayed the confirmation of their squad numbers for the upcoming season due to the ongoing Paul Pogba transfer saga, according to reports.
The Red Devils are confident they will see off competition from Real Madrid to sign the Juventus talisman.
And while a deal continues to be negotiated, The Sun claim United chiefs don’t want to release any more promotional material until a move is finalised.
A United source told the paper: “It would be very expensive for the club to release the squad numbers only for them to change.
“The club want to make sure all players are signed and sealed ahead of the coming season before they are announced to the world.”
Real have reportedly requested more time to secure a move for Pogba.
The Spanish giants have expressed an interest in the Frenchman and it is thought the 23-year-old is also keen to move to the Bernabeu.
But with United already in negotiations over an estimated £100million deal, Spanish publication AS claim Real have asked Pogba’s agent, Mino Raiola, for more time to formulate a financial package to match their Premier League rivals.-- Camisetas De España
